Sheffield Haworth, the industry leading global financial services executive search firm, is delighted to announce the appointment of Matt Jabinsky, Director and Arun Jolly, Senior Consultant, to lead its coverage of Hedge Funds in the US. Matt and Arun will work closely with Paige Scott and Kathy Tompkins, Co-Heads of Asset Management, North America and Mark Young, Global Practice Head, Hedge Funds.

Matt and Arun both join Sheffield Haworth in New York from Broadreach Group where they spent over three years establishing a hedge fund franchise with clients throughout the US. Previously, Matt and Arun worked together at executive search firm Solomon Page, also in New York.

 

Matt will be focusing on investment professionals (both Portfolio Managers and Analysts) with particular emphasis on fixed income markets, where he has built a large network base over recent years, placing candidates with some of the largest global hedge funds. Prior to his career in search, Matt worked within asset management at Vanguard. Matt holds a Bachelors of Science in Applied Economics and Management with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing from Cornell University.

 

Arun will be also focusing on investment professionals within equity markets, where he has placed candidates with blue chip hedge funds across many sectors including energy, healthcare, consumer, TMT, utilities and industrials. Arun holds a Bachelors of Science in Business and Entrepreneurship from Boston University.
