Sheffield Haworth is pleased to announce the appointment of Lee Thacker, formerly of Silvermine Partners and Heidrick & Struggles.

Lee will hold the position of Managing Director and Head of our Global Markets practice. He will have responsibility for leading the executive search, research and advisory services in Global Markets across all Sheffield Haworth offices. Initially based in London, he will relocate to the Hong Kong office in mid-2010.   

Lee joins Sheffield Haworth following its acquisition of Silvermine Partners, where he was founder and principal consultant. Prior to launching Silvermine, Lee was a Partner at Heidrick and Struggles from 2005 to 2008 following their acquisition of Highland Partners and has originated and executed numerous managing director-level searches in debt capital markets, credit and rates sales, trading and research, leveraged finance and real estate financing over the past 10 years.
