Sheffield Haworth is pleased to announce the appointment of Damian Goodburn to the position of Global Head of Commodities and Linda Klemme to the position of Head of Emerging Markets.
Damian joins from The Options Group and at Sheffield Haworth he will cover the full spectrum of commodities, with particular focus on energy and power, softs and agricultural, precious and base metals. Damian originates and executes senior search mandates across trading, structuring, sales and marketing and private equity. In addition Sheffield Haworth will continue to develop its coverage of the renewable and alternative energy sectors. Damian previously worked for Credit Suisse building their Collateral Management group and then moved to ANZ Investment bank, where he traded Emerging Market repos. He is a graduate of the Royal Agricultural College and holds a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Agricultural Business Management.
Linda joins from Stephen Raby Associates and prior to that worked at CT Partners and Global Sage. Linda moved into search from Deutsche Bank’s Global Markets division, where she spent five years as Head of Research, Marketing and Sales. Linda focused on Research Relationship Management with Deutsche Bank’s priority global accounts. Prior to Deutsche, Linda began her career in the Smith Barney training programme on Wall Street and has worked as a fixed income sales person for JP Morgan (Chase Bank), HSBC, Barclay’s Capital and Greenwich Capital (RBS).
