Sheffield Haworth, the leading international executive search firm, announces the launch of their Consumer and Commercial Banking practice.
Sheffield Haworth, the number one ranked specialist search firm in the UK Financial Services market has further strengthened its position with the establishment of a new Consumer & Commercial Banking practice to complement its current client coverage for Investment Banks, Asset and Wealth Management Companies, and Private Equity firms.
Sheffield Haworth has appointed Tarun Ghulati as Strategic Advisor, who has held various senior executive management positions at HSBC, most recently Head of Premier Banking and Head of International Personal Banking. Prior to that Tarun held a number of senior management positions at Citibank. Jamie Risso-Gill, formerly Director of Financial Services at Robert Walters also joins as a Consultant.
Tarun has extensive international leadership experience gained through assignments at a country, regional and international level, with both Citibank and HSBC. Tarun was previously an International Manager at HSBC and has worked in numerous countries across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. During his banking career he has held a variety of senior level positions in Retail/Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Credit, Operations, Financial Institutions (FIG) and Private Wealth Management. Tarun holds an MBA, M.Com (Business Administration), Diploma in International Trade and a Diploma in Marketing and Advertising. Tarun will be a Strategic Advisor to the new practice and will play a key role in the successful development of the business.
Jamie joins from Robert Walters where he was a Director responsible for financial services. Jamie started at Robert Walters in 2000 and over the past 6 years has held a number of positions within the Management Consultancy, HR recruitment, Private Equity, Corporate Finance and Consumer Banking teams. Jamie graduated from the University of Manchester in 2000. Jamie joins as a Senior Consultant, responsible for origination and execution of search mandates.
