Caroline joined Sheffield Haworth in 2010 as part of the Global Commodities team. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for expanding the commodities platform in the Asia Pacific region. She began her search career with The Rose Partnership in London covering European investment banking before moving to Singapore in 2008 to cover Asia.   

Caroline studied Economics at Nottingham University in the UK. Prior to executive search she was an equity research analyst at Cazenove in London where she covered European banks.
