William is a member of Sheffield Haworth's Global Banking & Private Equity business in Europe, conducting searches within Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Corporate Development.  Since joining the firm in early 2007 he has identified investment banking professionals for clients in integrated banks, boutiques, strategy consultancies and stock exchanges.  In particular he has focused on assignments within industry and Country Coverage, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Broking, Convertible Bonds, Hybrid Capital and Restructuring Advisory.  William has worked extensively on assignments that have required the build out of entire teams of professionals for companies looking to develop their business into new markets.  He has also concluded numerous benchmark compensation studies for banks across all levels of seniority.

 

Prior to joining Sheffield Haworth, William worked for three years at a financial services recruitment firm where clients included Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Asset Managers.  Prior to his career in the City, William spent three years working in marketing for a media corporate.
