Lee joined Sheffield Haworth in 2009 and is Managing Director and Head of the Global Markets practice. Lee brings over 10 years' experience in the search industry and joins Sheffield Haworth following acquisition of Silvermine Partners, where he was founder and principal consultant. Prior to launching Silvermine, Lee was a Partner at Heidrick and Struggles after it acquired Highland Partners and has originated and executed numerous managing director-level searches in debt capital markets, credit and rates sales, trading and research, leveraged finance and real estate financing.

Lee graduated from the University of Southampton in 1994 with a BSc in Economics and Politics and is an Associate member of the Association of Chartered Treasurers and of the Institute of Bankers.
