Matthew joined Sheffield Haworth in 2009 to manage the CFO/Finance practice based in London. He has worked in financial recruitment for over 10 years covering a wide spectrum of clients from smaller private institutions through to FTSE 100/Fortune 500 organizations. His track record has included placing CFOs, Controllers, Senior Analysts, Strategists and Heads of Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury and Audit across Europe and Asia. Before joining Sheffield Haworth, Matthew worked for Heidrick & Struggles, Singapore where he established and developed the CFO functional practice, building a network of senior finance clients across the APAC region.

Prior to this Matthew worked at a boutique search firm in London where he was responsible for Finance, Operations and Business Development placements. Matthew holds a Law Degree from Exeter University and worked as a legal advocate for a government body before embarking on his career in search.
