Tim joined Sheffield Haworth’s Dubai office in 2009 as a Director, having been based in the region with an international search firm for 2 years.   Tim has over 13 years experience in the executive search industry in London and the Middle East and has worked on senior level mandates across the financial services sector. During his career, Tim has worked with a wide range of international buy side and sell side institutions and has successfully completed searches in equities, fixed income, credit (investment grade and high yield), corporate and leveraged finance, private equity, asset management and risk management. Tim has also completed a number of board level appointments for investment banks, family offices and private equity portfolio companies.

Prior to entering the executive search industry, Tim worked in the interest rate derivatives market in London and Paris from 1989 to 1996.
