Paul joined Sheffield Haworth in 2009 from the Korn/Ferry Group as a Director with the Consumer & Commercial Banking Practice and is based in London. Paul previously spent five years at OPD, a search and selection business covering the UK consumer banking market. He started his career at Barclays Bank in 1995 where he spent five years within the consumer banking, corporate banking and wealth management divisions in various locations within the UK (Swindon, Coventry and Croydon).

Paul graduated from the University of Wales, Swansea with a BA Honours degree in History and Politics. In addition, he holds an MA (First Class) in History from the University of West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA. In 1999, Paul part qualified with a license from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
