Damian joined Sheffield Haworth in 2009 as Executive Director, Head of the Commodities Practice based in London. Damian is responsible for the commodities and non-financial derivative platform and works across oil, energy, power, metals and the emerging commodity markets of renewable energy. His track record includes placing executive level traders, structurers, marketers and originators across the commodity class in Europe, Asia and North America.

Prior to joining Sheffield Haworth, Damian was a Partner at The Options Group. He has over nine years’ experience in developing senior management relationships with investment banks, corporates, trade houses and hedge funds. He is graduate of the Royal Agricultural college and holds a post graduate diploma in Advanced Business Management. Prior to executive search Damian traded emerging market repos for ANZ Investment Bank and before that, Credit Suisse, developing their collateral management group.
