Mark joined Sheffield Haworth in 2009 and is responsible for building the Business and Professional Services Practice in North America and leads the Firm’s overall coverage of the US. Mark is a veteran search consultant and was most recently a Partner of Sextant Search Partners in New York, where he ran their Business and Professional Services Practice specializing in senior functional roles within private equity and hedge funds, investment, commercial and retail banking, institutional asset managers and insurance companies, as well as financial sponsored portfolio companies. 

Prior to that Mark spent eight years at CT Partners in New York and was the founder of the firm's Global Financial Services Practice.  He was also a member of the firm's leadership advisory board.  Previously, Mark was affiliated with D.S. Wolf Associates, Smith Hanley Associates and Marc Nichols Associates.  Before entering search, Mark held a series of sales and marketing roles with a leading financial services publisher.  He received a BA from Gettysburg College in business administration.
