Caroline joined Sheffield Haworth in 2008 within Global Banking & Private Equity were she is responsible for expanding the European Private Equity and the European Real Estate business. Prior to joining, she founded and developed a European Real Estate and Infrastructure practice for a global specialist financial services search firm and also served as a Consultant at the Real Estate search boutique Armstrong Sousou.  

During her executive search career Caroline has completed senior mandates across the Real Estate and Infrastructure sector in Investment Banking, Private Equity and Financial Institutions.
