Huw has over six years' recruitment experience and joined the Legal & Compliance practice at Sheffield Haworth in 2008. He started his career at a leading global recruitment consultancy, working within and eventually running a team focused solely on recruiting lawyers into the Financial Services industry. He then spent three years at a niche legal recruiter specialising on senior level mandates within Financial Services. 

Huw has placed Senior Lawyers and Heads of Legal across a range of financial services providers including Investment Banks, Retail Banks, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds and Insurance Companies. Huw graduated from the University of Leeds and began his working life as a corporate lawyer in a City law firm.
