Keir joined Sheffield Haworth in 2008 to lead the global compliance practice and relocated to Hong Kong in 2009. Keir is a Director responsible for compliance, risk, legal, operations and finance mandates across Asia. He has worked within compliance recruitment since 2002 and has an excellent track record of placing compliance professionals at Regional and Country Head level within a range of Financial Services institutions.

Prior to joining Sheffield Haworth Keir spent seven years within the financial services office of an international recruitment consultancy where he ran and executed senior mandates in the Corporate Governance Division (compliance, risk, operations and internal audit) throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia. Prior to executive search Keir worked at Goldman Sachs within operations for two years and before that spent 10 years as an Officer in the British Army.
