Tim is founder and Chief Executive of Sheffield Haworth. Since 1993, he has been responsible for the management and strategic development of the Sheffield Haworth Group, creating the leading international Executive Search, Research and Advisory firm dedicated to the global financial services industry. During this time, Tim has successfully completed numerous, Managing Director and Executive Board level mandates and advised many international investment banks and specialist financial services organisations on their strategic human capital needs.

Tim studied Business and Finance at Anglia University and in 1987 began his career on the floor of the Sydney, Chicago and London Exchanges selling and trading Exchange Traded Derivatives.
