Kathy brings twelve years of financial service experience and ten years of executive search expertise to Sheffield Haworth.

During four years at Warren International she undertook a variety of senior level assignments in the investment management arena. In particular, she focused on assisting her clients with their global expansion plans by developing a niche expertise in team lift-outs.

Previously she was a member of the financial services practice at Spencer Stuart. There she executed numerous senior level searches for investment banks, asset management firms and private equity firms. Prior to executive search, Kathy spent several years in global marketing at Salomon Brothers and was a manager at Coopers & Lybrand. She holds an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.A. from Queens College
