After graduating from King’s College London, Alex worked as an economic and political consultant at the European Economics and Financial Centre, focusing on Eastern European states.

He then joined the structured finance desk of a search firm in London before joining an established City based Executive Search firm. Alex holds particular success completing search assignments in the Securitisation, Real Estate and Credit Derivatives market for leading US and European banks as well as rating agencies and boutiques in a number of European financial centers.

Alex joined Sheffield Haworth in April 2004 and is now responsible for the Dubai Office.
