Sheffield Haworth is committed to employee development. This includes a comprehensive, tailored in-house training programme with ongoing individual assessment, mentoring scheme for all new starters and a bi-annual appraisal system.
Our training covers a wide range of topics; workshops are scheduled throughout the year to allow all members of staff to attend. Individual sessions are also provided for more intensive training.
The Mentor Scheme applies to new employees of Sheffield Haworth. Mentors are also used for existing employees who are changing role or taking on new or more demanding responsibilities e.g. the transition from associate to consultant. The purpose of the mentoring scheme is to foster effective relationships, to assist new employees, to encourage employee development and to ensure the effective transfer of knowledge across the company.
We have a bi-annual appraisal scheme, with the aim of helping employee development.
