Jacqui joined Sheffield Haworth in 1999 to build the vendor leasing market within the UK and Europe expanding on the company's leasing and structured finance platform. Prior to moving into executive search she had over ten years' experience with Kleinwort Benson, Barclays and latterly GE Capital.

In November 2001, she relocated to Hong Kong to help establish and develop the Asia-Pacific office. Jacqui then spent six months replicating that work in New York establishing the business in North America. Jacqui returned to London in 2006 as Global Head of Knowledge Management, taking responsibility for the globally integrated knowledge management system and Sheffield Haworth’s research function including the ongoing training and development of Associates, worldwide. 

Jacqui is responsible for group chief administration and works to implement policy and procedure across the entire Sheffield Haworth platform.
